The Opportunity

For the right individual, this is the American Dream. Crawlspace Medic is the leading franchise in the crawl space and basement repair industry. Normally, opening a new market means writing a check for the franchise fee and fronting the capital to launch. We welcome candidates who are positioned to do that. But we recognize not everyone has that capital on hand. So we created another path in.

We have investors — current franchisees who’ve seen what this system can do and want to fund a new market — lined up and ready to write the check. What they don’t have is someone to run it. That’s where you come in.

How This Works

A group of Crawlspace Medic franchisees fund the market. You run it — the people, the P&L, the performance, all of it. As the business grows and hits its numbers, you buy out the investor’s stake and become the franchisee. You own it. We’ve done this 35 times already. It works.

You'll start on a base salary, with the opportunity to earn uncapped profit share on top. It's a performance-driven path—the better the market performs, the more you earn, and the closer you move toward ownership.

Physical Demands

Expect to crawl on your hands and knees and belly-crawl through tight, dark spaces; maneuver in confined areas; and handle light hand tools as needed. If getting dirty and crawling under a house isn’t something you’re willing to do, this isn’t the right fit.
