Our Assembler performs mechanical and electrical assembly of components for high-speed high-volume food processing machines and peripheral equipment. 
What You’ll do: 
  • Responsible for the assembly of Provisur/Formax machines and peripheral equipment working from assembly prints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics, and illustrations
  • Test and troubleshoot completed units to ensure proper functioning and adherence to specifications and is the highest of quality
  • Document completion on checklists and perform final inspections on assembled equipment
  • Submit equipment improvements and corrections to Engineering

What You’ll Need: 
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years mechanical and assembly experience 
  • Ability to read & understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Familiarity with torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers and use of Loctite  
  • Machine shop and ability to read electrical schematic experience a plus
