Job description

Epson is a global technology leader dedicated to delivering innovative imaging and printing solutions that help businesses improve productivity, creativity, and operational efficiency. Our Commercial and Industrial Printing business is transforming the way professionals produce photography, fine art, graphic arts, proofing, signage, textiles, and other specialty applications through industry-leading large-format printing technology.

Epson is seeking a Product Manager to join the Professional Photo Products team within our Large Format Printing business. This role will focus on Epson’s professional large-format photo portfolio and the products, software, media, and workflows used in photography, fine art reproduction, graphic arts, and proofing applications.

You will develop a strong understanding of the needs of professional photographers, photo labs, fine art printmakers, graphic arts professionals, and other imaging customers, translating those needs into recommendations that help ensure our solutions are technically ready, commercially relevant, and positioned for success.

You will collaborate closely with technical, sales, marketing, and service teams to support new-product introductions and the ongoing success of the portfolio.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines wide-format printing experience with a passion for professional imaging, technical curiosity, and strong business acumen. You should enjoy working directly with products, testing print quality and workflows, evaluating media and applications, solving technical and commercial problems, and collaborating across teams to bring successful products and solutions to market. Experience with professional photography, fine art printing, proofing, color management, or related imaging workflows is highly desirable.

This position is based at Epson America’s headquarters in Los Alamitos, California, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work schedule.
