Job description

Title: Forklifts/ Technical Operator
Location: Quakertown, PA 18951
Duration: 03/10/2026 – 06/15/2026
Openings: 10 Positions
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Overtime: Required as needed
Position Overview:

The Technical Operator plays a key role in supporting operations on a high-performance manufacturing floor. This is a cross-functional position responsible for production, packaging, warehouse functions, minor machine maintenance, forklift operation, and quality control.

This role requires prior manufacturing experience, strong safety awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform production and packaging duties

  • Operate forklifts and support warehouse functions

  • Conduct minor machine maintenance and equipment care

  • Perform quality checks and ensure product standards

  • Use hand tools and measuring devices as required

  • Maintain strong attendance and punctuality

  • Follow all safety rules and procedures at all times

  • Work collaboratively in a team-based environment

  • Support cross-functional operations to maintain efficiency


Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum 3+ years of manufacturing experience

  • Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices

  • Willingness to work overtime and on short notice

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing safety standards


Work Environment & Requirements:
  • 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule

  • Loud, dusty, high-visibility manufacturing environment

  • PPE required at all times

  • Steel-toe safety shoes required (no loaner shoes provided)

  • Long sleeves required

  • Non-smoking facility (no smoking or vaping inside or outside)

  • No hoodies permitted inside the plant
