Job description

Forklift Operator

We're looking for a dependable Forklift Operator who takes pride in safe, accurate material handling and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. If you're skilled with reach truck/stand-up forklifts, confident navigating warehouse systems, and ready to play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

Compensation

Starting hourly rate is $21.00 per hour. Team Members working the Night shift will qualify for an additional 6% shift differential.

Work Schedule

Rotational 12-hour shift | 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off

  • Day Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM
  • Night shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (preference given to night candidates)

Employees working this rotating schedule can earn up to an additional $2,882.88 annually compared to a traditional 8-hour shift schedule.

What You'll Do

  • Operate reach truck/stand‑up forklift and pallet jacks
  • Load/unload trailers and move materials safely
  • Pick, pack, stage, and put away inventory
  • Supply production with materials
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse areas

What You Bring

  • 1+ year of verified reach truck (stand‑up forklift) experience
  • Proven record of safe equipment operation and adherence to SOPs
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate counting, labeling, and documentation
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for 12‑hour shifts
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • Familiarity with WMS systems, RF scanners, and basic computer/email skills
  • Team‑oriented mindset with solid communication and problem‑solving skills
