Forge Hospitality is seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Desk Agent to join the team at our Holiday Inn Morgantown team. This role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and supporting daily front office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
  • Process guest checkins and checkouts accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
  • Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve guest issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams.
