Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is seeking a Lead OutSystems Developer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and leadership abilities, focusing on application architecture and delivering high-quality software solutions using the OutSystems platform.
Responsibilities:
• Drives application architecture and solutioning of features based off requirements.
• Analyzes impact of complex requirements and work with Client and Developers to structure work to deliver features.
• Identification of shared components and drives design and implementation.
• Must consider usability, extensibility, efficiency, and performance during all phases of development.
• Data driven design.
• Ensures error free code.
• Ensure security.
• Ensure adherence to OutSystems and Client's best practices.
• Implement features and PBIs utilizing the OutSystems Platform.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor others on best practices and implementation of patterns.
• Ensures Unit tests and implemented when applicable.
• Participates in design of unit tests.
• Database Design and implementation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with the OutSystems development platform or willingness to learn
• Strong technical skills and leadership
• Solid database and application design skills
• Firm grasp of clean code practices and secure design principles
