Job Description

Identify the patient's functional weaknesses

Confirm rehabilitation objectives based on the patient's goals

Develop a complete, patient-specific treatment plan

Provide continuous evaluation, adjusting the program when needed

Primary perform initial evaluations and develop plan of care that therapist and assistant will follow through course of rehabilitation

Also responsible for writing progress and discharge notes

Qualifications

Outpatient orthopaedics preference for vestibular or manual training
