## Pacifica Continental# Business Development Manager – Forex Broker### Remote - Full TimeBusiness Development Manager – Forex Broker Resumen del rol El Business Development Manager será responsable de impulsar el crecimiento del broker mediante la adquisición de nuevos clientes, el desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas (IBs, affiliates y partners institucionales) y la expansión en mercados clave. Se trata de un rol que combina estrategia comercial, networking y ejecución directa orientada a generación de revenue. Responsabilidades principales • Desarrollar y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento en mercados objetivo (LATAM, Europa, Asia, entre otros). • Liderar la captación de nuevos clientes tanto B2C (traders) como B2B (IBs, affiliates, money managers). • Identificar, negociar y cerrar alianzas estratégicas. • Gestionar y expandir relaciones con Introducing Brokers (IBs). • Coordinar con el equipo de marketing la ejecución de campañas de adquisición (performance y branding). • Analizar la competencia, tendencias del mercado FX y comportamiento del cliente. • Optimizar el funnel de conversión (lead → depósito → trading activo). • Representar a la compañía en eventos, expos y espacios de networking (online y offline). • Elaborar reportes periódicos de performance comercial (semanales y mensuales). Requisitos • Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en Business Development o Sales dentro de Forex, CFD, Crypto o Fintech. • Experiencia directa con brokers o plataformas de trading. • Red de contactos activa (IBs, afiliados, traders, fondos). • Conocimiento de productos financieros: FX, commodities, índices y crypto CFDs. • Dominio de inglés (indispensable); otros idiomas son un plus. • Fuerte orientación a resultados, con enfoque en KPIs y generación de revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr
