USA SiteWorx, a trusted leader in site development services in Southwest Florida for over 16 years, is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator specializing in excavator operation. The ideal candidate will have experience with 35,000 lbs or larger excavators and demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas: demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, or underground utilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a 35,000 lbs or larger excavator safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks related to demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, or underground utilities.
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper functioning.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to create a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to company standards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment, specifically 35,000 lbs or larger excavators.
• Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas: demolition, land clearing, forestry mulching, or underground utilities.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to heavy equipment operation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.
