2026 Seasonal Positions Available
We’re hiring for the upcoming season! These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about conservation, outdoor recreation, and hospitality. You’ll play a vital role in preserving and sharing the natural beauty of this iconic region.
Campground Openings
We currently have openings at Tannery Gulch, Antlers, Mary Smith, Ackerman, Bushytail, and Hirz Bay. Each location offers a distinct work environment:
  • Site counts range from 17 to 89 per campground.
  • Amenities vary: some sites include hookups for water, electricity, or sewer, while others provide a rustic, off-grid experience. Most sites have all amenities available. Mary Smith offers a sewage service to clean out RVs, and Hirz Bay operates on solar power, which runs for approximately 4 hours per day.
  • Responsibilities differ by location, offering a diverse and dynamic work experience.
Work Schedule amp; Compensation
Expected weekly hours: 30-40 hours with potential fluctuations based on business and staffing needs.

Summary:
The Custodial Services Associate is responsible for providing cleaning service for guests, agencies, and staff. Ensures that the restrooms, chem-toilets (port-a-potty's), showers, laundry facilities and campsites are maintained, cleaned and disinfected, presentable, and fully stocked throughout the day and in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for cleaning and disinfecting all property restroom, laundry, and office facilities to provide a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and employees.
  • Follows approved maintenance and cleaning schedule.
  • Trash pick-up throughout the recreation areas, roadsides, campgrounds. Maintains trash barrels – keep emptied at all times and all areas around trash are to be kept neat and clean.
  • Follows Company recycling guidelines and regulations.
  • Monitors levels of janitorial supplies, inventory, and equipment based on seasonal demand.
  • Ensure all purchase and work orders are clearly defined for purpose and urgency.
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (21 to drive) and be able to operate and maintain a company vehicle.
  • Possesses good communications skills, a courteous demeanor, and a helpful attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic manual labor abilities, including an ability and willingness to clean and sanitize facilities with a variety of cleaning agents and chemicals, move about the facility for extended periods of time and occasional lifting of 25+ lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work on-call, shifts, after hours, over weekends, and on holidays.
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and be insurable through our motor vehicle carrier.
  • Possesses a genuine concern for guests' experience and enjoys frequent interaction with the public.
