Clinic Director / Physical Therapist

Location: Forest Glen, Chicago, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Starting at 90K annually + Bonus Potential

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic in the Forest Glen area of Chicago. This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about clinical excellence, team development, patient outcomes, and business growth.

As Clinic Director, you will balance patient care with clinic leadership responsibilities, creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff while driving operational success.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Care
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, sports, post-surgical, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and injury prevention.
Leadership & Operations
  • Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff to promote a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Manage daily clinic operations, scheduling, workflow, and patient experience initiatives.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
  • Support business development efforts and foster relationships with local physicians, employers, athletic organizations, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, state regulations, and professional standards.
Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current Illinois Physical Therapist license in good standing.
  • 2-3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership, management, or Clinic Director experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and motivate team members.
