- Intervenir rapidement dans des dossiers impliquant des incidents de cybersécurité et des atteintes à la protection des renseignements personnels.
- Conseiller les clients et assureurs dans le cadre de la gestion d’incidents, incluant les enjeux juridiques, réglementaires et stratégiques.
- Analyser la couverture d’assurance applicable aux réclamations liées aux cyber-risques et formuler des avis en matière de couverture.
- Rédiger des avis juridiques, rapports d’incident, notifications réglementaires et autres communications stratégiques.
- Collaborer étroitement avec des experts techniques, des enquêteurs et des conseillers externes.
- Participer à l’évaluation, l’anticipation et la mitigation des risques liés aux technologies de l’information et à la sécurité des données.
