  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering;Master'sorPhDpreferred.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) licensure.

  • Ability to independently develop engineering approaches and troubleshoot novel challenges.
