Now Hiring: Irrigation Foreman


We’re looking for an experienced Irrigation Foreman to lead our irrigation team! If you have strong field experience and are ready to step into a leadership role, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.


Position: Irrigation Foreman

Start Date: ASAP

Pay: Depends on experience


✅ Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ year of irrigation experience (leadership experience preferred)

• Valid driver’s license & clean 5-year MVR

• E-Verify eligible


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee irrigation crew on job sites

• Properly connect irrigation wiring and ensure system functionality

• Install sprinkler heads and systems per plan specifications

• Supervise trenching and ensure proper compaction

• Perform and oversee copper soldering as needed

• Manage and operate central control systems

• Ensure team compliance with OSHA safety standards

• Maintain quality control and efficiency across all projects
