Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Commercial Electrical Foreman in Hoffman Estates, IL. The Commercial Electrical Foreman leads and manages field teams to ensure the successful completion of electrical projects across various commercial job sites. This role requires a hands-on leader who can interpret complex blueprints, maintain strict safety standards, and adapt to different project requirements based on site specifications.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $30 to $50 Per Hour BOE

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and helpers to ensure high-quality workmanship on commercial projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily electrical tasks to meet project timelines and avoid delays.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure all electrical installations comply with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
  • Manage job site safety by conducting regular meetings and enforcing OSHA protocols.
  • Oversee material inventory, including ordering, deliveries, and organization on-site.
  • Inspect completed work to verify performance, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
