Job description

Travel Requirement (20%): International travel to partner nations (Australia, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Mexico) and domestic sites. What You'll Do: * Full-Lifecycle Engineering: Oversee the complete development and integration cycle-from initial specifications and design to coding, testing, final rollout, and maintenance-for sophisticated C2 hardware and software systems. * System of Systems (SoS) Integration: Provide expert-level C2 integration, focusing specifically on tactical data links and overarching communications infrastructure. * Capability Analysis: Conduct in-depth capability analysis and technical assessments for critical systems, including the Global Command and Control System (GCCS), Link-16, Link-22, and various Classified Programs. * International Collaboration: Serve as a primary technical engineering interface for system capabilities being delivered to our international partners in Australia, the UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Mexico. * Holistic Project Management: Balance the technical aspects of systems integration with programmatic realities, ensuring that designs align with cost, schedule, and broader mission requirements. Required Experience: * Deep technical expertise with Tactical Data Links (specifically Link-16 and Link-22) and GCCS. * Proven experience supporting PMW 740, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases, or working directly with FVEYs/Coalition partners. * Strong background in integrating disparate network operating systems and managing hybrid hardware/software integration rollouts. Required Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline. * Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in systems engineering.
