In this senior client-facing role, you will lead new business development, manage a portfolio of complex commercial relationships, and leverage Citi's global network across capital markets, cash management, rates, and foreign exchange to deliver tailored financial solutions. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape client strategy, guide cross-functional teams, and drive meaningful commercial outcomes within one of the most dynamic sectors in commercial banking.

Responsibilities Lead new business development by identifying, pursuing, and onboarding clients aligned with Citi Commercial Bank's value proposition across the Healthcare Industry segment. Advise clients on customized financial solutions by collaborating with product specialists and subject matter experts across credit, capital markets, cash management, rates, and foreign exchange. Deepen existing client relationships by proactively identifying cross-sell opportunities, owning execution, and delivering timely market intelligence, strategic insights, and forward-looking financial guidance.

Oversee the end-to-end credit relationship for each client, supervising the full credit process to ensure compliance with institutional policies and sound risk management standards. Structure complex and global credit transactions independently, applying expert-level credit judgment and guiding team members through the deal approval process. Execute strategic commercial banking initiatives at the group, bank, and market level, contributing to the broader growth agenda of Citi's Commercial Bank.

Evaluate risk across all business decisions with transparency, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and Citi's policies while escalating and resolving control issues promptly. Required Qualifications & Skills 15 or more years of experience in corporate and commercial banking, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships, including international markets, and deliver measurable business results. Expert-level commercial credit skills, including the ability to structure all credit deal types independently, manage global transactions, and apply advanced knowledge of credit processes and risk appetite frameworks.

Expert-level Early Warning Detection capability, with a track record of identifying and proactively addressing emerging client or portfolio risks before they escalate. FINRA Series 79, 63, and SIE licenses, either currently held or the ability to obtain them within a defined timeframe. Deep knowledge of banking and investment products, with the ability to deliver sound financial advice and tailored solutions across a broad and sophisticated client base.

Ability to lead and coordinate multi-functional teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience under time-sensitive or high-pressure conditions. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally and to rapidly prioritize across competing demands. Desire to develop and mentor junior bankers and assist with broader talent management initiatives.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications Master's degree in business, finance, or a related field, complementing a required bachelor's or university degree. Familiarity with Healthcare Industry sub-segments and an understanding of the financial needs and growth drivers specific to these markets. Comfort with digital tools and data-driven insights, with the ability to apply emerging technologies to enhance client experience and adapt priorities based on the latest market information.

Access to Citi's full global network across capital markets, cash management, rates, and foreign exchange, enabling you to deliver comprehensive and competitive solutions to clients.

Ongoing investment in your professional development, including access to training, industry knowledge-building, and cross-functional collaboration across Citi's global businesses.
