Job Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: O'Fallon, MO
 
Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to support daily processing of foreign currency transactions. Responsibilities include handling orders via RSM, creating financial settlements, managing cancellations, investigating discrepancies, and verifying daily exchange rates.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process foreign currency orders and daily settlements with vendor.
  • Create financials for canceled and investigated transactions.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between internal teams and vendor.
  • Review and confirm daily exchange rates.
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail; able to multitask.
  • Understanding of debits/credits and basic accounting.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.
  • Experience with Citismart, Eclipse, RSM, Citisweep, and CRU preferred.
