• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring an individualized approach.
• Create personalized treatment plans that align with clients' life goals and therapeutic needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, addiction specialists, and support staff, to provide holistic care.
• Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Our Detox Center serves a diverse population of individuals experiencing mental health and substance use challenges. Clients often come from various backgrounds and demographics, each facing their own unique struggles. As an LCSW, you will work with these clients to help them understand their experiences, develop coping strategies, and commit to their recovery journeys. Your sensitivity to various cultural perspectives and individual needs will be crucial for creating an effective therapeutic environment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• You must hold an active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Georgia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with the treatment team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are necessary to assess client needs and adjust treatment strategies as required.

• Previous experience in a substance use or mental health treatment setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches and evidence-based practices.
• Experience working with diverse populations will be an asset.
