• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health status of clients and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement various therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, ensuring holistic support for clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality mental health care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring documentation reflects the therapeutic process and client progress.

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations including individuals, couples, and families who may have limited access to mental health resources. You will be tasked with addressing a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Forefront Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and clinical caseload. Additional benefits include:
