What is a Foreclosure Review?

A Foreclosure Review is the process of evaluating and verifying the accuracy and legality of a foreclosure action on a property. This review is typically conducted by financial institutions, legal professionals, or third-party auditors to ensure that all procedures and documentation comply with state and federal regulations. The goal is to identify any errors, omissions, or wrongful practices that could affect homeowners or the foreclosure outcome.
