Job description

Areas of responsibility

Position is hybrid.

· Answer client inquiries with regards to status, processes and other loan level detail.

· Process data entry or audits as needed.

· Conduct PACER & SCRA searches as needed.

· Verify and route correspondence

· File and work on curative actions related to title issues found during the title review from title searches pulled or obtained through outside vendors.

· Review title reports to identify lien priority

· Organize/schedule attorney meetings

· Update investor systems as needed

· Understanding of the foreclosure timeline.

· Assist attorney with distribution of excess proceeds from sale

· Understanding of the firm’s confidentiality policies to protect the firm, our client and our client’s client information.

· Work as a team player and always give the client the highest level of priority.

· Answer phone calls as needed.

· Ensure client and client system is kept up to date on outstanding legal matters.

· Set up a new file in the firms’ case management system.

· Validate on public systems that the consumer is not in an active Bankruptcy or Military service as many times as firm or client requests this to be confirmed.

· Prepare and transmit legal documents for signature, filing and/or recording.

· Ensure timeline mailings are sent out as required by civil code.

· Review and respond to basic foreclosure correspondence

· Through various stages of the foreclosure, conduct audits on the case prior to proceeding with next milestone.

· Attend Foreclosure 101 firm training and follow documented guides to ensure uniform decisions.
