The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operation of all front-of-house dining areas with a strong focus on coaching, Forbes service alignment, and elevating the luxury guest experience. This role partners closely with leaders to train, guide, and inspire the team while ensuring flawless execution in Violetto, Salvia, In-Room Dining, and Banquet service.
Salary range: $70,304 - $75,000

• Support all F&B outlets with a visible, floor-focused leadership presence.

• Lead pre-shift huddles, service observations, table touches, and real-time feedback.
• Ensure all colleagues consistently execute the Forbes and luxury communication behaviors.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and certification of new colleagues.
• Maintain strong partnership with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, side work, and daily operational checklists.
• Support ordering and inventory processes as assigned.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring recovery aligns with luxury expectations.
• Uphold colleague engagement by modeling respect, professionalism, and care.
• Ensure all safety, sanitation, and compliance policies are followed.
• Support beverage program execution, wine service, and menu knowledge training.
