The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager supports the daily operation of all front-of-house dining areas with a strong focus on coaching, Forbes service alignment, and elevating the luxury guest experience. • Support all F&B outlets with a visible, floor-focused leadership presence.

• Lead pre-shift huddles, service observations, table touches, and real-time feedback.
• Ensure all colleagues consistently execute the Forbes and luxury communication behaviors.
• Assist with onboarding, training, and certification of new colleagues.
• Maintain strong partnership with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, side work, and daily operational checklists.
• Support ordering and inventory processes as assigned.
• Respond to guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring recovery aligns with luxury expectations.
• Uphold colleague engagement by modeling respect, professionalism, and care.
