Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative for our client to join their call center environment. The primary responsibilities will involve scheduling appointments and addressing patient queries, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and physicians.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and answer patient questions efficiently.
  • Coordinate with different physicians to manage and update their schedules.
  • Maintain a high level of service within a call center setting.

Qualifications
  • Resourcefulness with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong customer service skills; prior experience in call centers or healthcare is not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to remain seated at the desk for extended periods.
  • Friendly disposition, suitable for introverts who thrive in quiet environments.
