Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30PM

After-hours and weekend on-call rotation required only a few times per year. (Supported with a paid day off after the week of on call is completed)

Competitive wage: $22.00 - $27.00 depending on experience.


A Typical Day as a Maintenance Technician:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service to residents.
  • Diagnose issues and complete minor repairs and routine maintenance as directed, including:
  • Electrical, air conditioning, and heating systems
  • Plumbing, including water lines, boilers, gas, and electric systems
  • Irrigation systems
  • Gas fixtures and appliances, where applicable
  • Patios, stairs, railings, and gates
  • Interior and exterior lighting, fireplaces, and ceiling fans
  • Interior and exterior doors, shutters, cabinets, windows, and sliding glass doors
  • Door locks and security systems, where applicable
  • Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance, service requests, make-ready status, and work in progress.


The Qualifications:

  • Experience with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting/drywall, carpentry, and appliance repair
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and a passion for building relationships with residents and team members
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to use available resources to find solutions
  • Experience in industrial mechanics, home improvement, engineering, trade apprenticeships, or carpentry transfers well to this role
