At Family Footwear Center, we are hiring a Part-Time Sales Associate to support daily store operations and deliver a strong customer experience on the sales floor.

This is an active, customer-facing role focused on selling, product knowledge, and maintaining store standards. Youโ€™ll spend your time working directly with customers, supporting the team, and helping keep the store running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, approachable manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate footwear
  • Drive sales through product knowledge, fit guidance, and add-on selling
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain awareness of current promotions and store initiatives
  • Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, organized, and well maintained
  • Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising product
  • Follow all store policies related to inventory control and loss prevention

Product Knowledge & Development

  • Learn and apply knowledge of footwear brands, materials, and fit
  • Stay current on new products, seasonal changes, and key features
  • Participate in training and apply knowledge directly on the sales floor
