WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A successful candidate will participate in all aspects of our warehouse operations and logistics workflows. This role is critical in building relationships with internal and external partnerships to ensure inventory accuracy, timely shipments, and smooth schedules. This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who thrives in an environment focused on accuracy, process improvement, and cross-department collaboration.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Receiving amp; Unloading
  • Assist in unloading shipments, inspect products for defects and damages, and store in designated locations. Obtain proper and authorized signatures on paperwork.
Picking amp; Packing
  • Locate products using warehouse technology, pack them securely, and stage shipments. Follow outlined configuration steps to successfully provisioning media players and other electronic equipment prior to outbound shipment.
Inventory Management
  • Record all inbound and outbound shipment data correctly within Company systems. Help maintain an organized floor plan and assist with periodic cycle counts to ensure stock levels are accurate.
Safety amp; Maintenance
  • Adhere to all OSHA and Company safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Equipment Operation
  • Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, or dollies to move heavy items.
Logistics amp; Scheduling
  • Communicate daily with clients amp; shipping vendors to coordinate shipments, perform troubleshooting and problem-solve as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
WHAT YOU NEED

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Secondary degree is preferred.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs regularly without assistance.
  • Availability to work in the warehouse in person 5 days a week.
Experience:
  • 1+ years of general warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience with WMS, ERP, or inventory management software is a plus.
Skills:
  • Strong communication skills – face to face, via phone and video call amp; over email and messaging channels like Slack.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proficient problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Effective time management to ensure completion of work.
  • Proficiency with WMS, ERP, or inventory management software.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets amp; Microsoft Excel
