Job description

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Junior Varsity Football Head Coach to lead and develop our JV football program. This position will work closely with the Varsity Head Coach to support all aspects of the football program including player development, practice planning, game preparation, team culture, and program alignment.

Key responsibilities for this position:

  • Lead and oversee the Junior Varsity football team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head Varsity Coach and staff.
  • Support the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.
  • Plan and conduct effective practices in alignment with program goals.
  • Promote sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and character development.
  • Assist with game preparation, film review, and player evaluation.
  • Ensure the JV program reflects the mission and values of Lipscomb Academy.
