Description: The Adult Soccer Official is responsible for officiating adult soccer games in accordance with established rules and league policies. This role ensures fair play, player safety, and a positive game environment for all participants. Officials enforce game rules, manage game flow, make accurate and impartial decisions, and address player or coach concerns in a professional manner. Prior facilitating or playing experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of soccer rules, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to manage competitive situations calmly and confidently are essential. Evening availability is required. Must provide own officiating uniform and equipment.
Position: Concession Cashier (Carson Park) (FILLED)

Description: Responsible for assisting the Aquatic Program Planner in coordinating the day-to-day operations at their worksite and assisting with other duties as assigned. The Head Instructor supervises a team of 3 swim instructors and 1 lifeguard. The Head Instructor is responsible for assisting with the development and training of all instructors assigned to their site through mentorship, shadowing and leading activities at orientation and in-services. 2-3 years' experience teaching swimming lessons. Certification preferred: American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor.

Description: The primary responsibility as a lifeguard is to prevent drownings and other injuries from occurring. Lifeguards must be able to ensure the safety of patrons during all Eau Claire Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Aquatic Programs. A lifeguard must be able to enforce pool policies and be able to communicate effectively why policies are in place. A lifeguard must actively guard and always scan the pool areas. A lifeguard must recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations by activating Emergency Action Plan (EAP) and following the American Red Cross Lifeguard Standards. Completion and accuracy of forms require including accident, incident and safety check forms. Lifeguard applicants are required to have the current American Red Cross Lifeguarding/First Aid/CPR/AED certification by start date.
