Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and is looking for an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow our football platform in Montreal. 

This is not a conventional management job-it's an opportunity to build and operate your own local football operation while making football more accessible in your city. It's ideal for entrepreneurial individuals who are passionate about the game and driven to create meaningful, lasting impact. 

 About the Opportunity 

As an Operator & License Owner, you'll lead the growth of Stranger Soccer in Montreal-from building local partnerships and managing operations to growing an active community of players. 

You'll have the freedom to shape the local operation while benefiting from the systems, expertise, and support of our Singapore headquarters. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Montreal 
  • Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations 
  • Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members 
  • Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community 
  • Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience 
  • Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation
