It's time to get in the game. We're looking for an Integrated Commercial Marketing Manager, Football Vertical (Toronto FC & Toronto Argonauts).
In this role, you will bring together strategy, brand, business and fan experience to help grow two of Toronto's professional football properties: Toronto FC and the Toronto Argonauts.

Working under the Director, Integrated Commercial Marketing & Fan Engagement, you will help lead integrated commercial marketing across MLSE's Football Vertical and West Campus. You will collaborate across Marketing, Ticketing, Global Partnerships, Retail, Creative, Media, Digital, Data & Analytics, Game Operations, and other teams to turn business priorities into integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.

At the intersection of business, creativity, data, and fandom, you will help make every Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts season - and every matchday - matter.

Why This Role Is Right for You

Impact.
This is an opportunity to shape how two iconic Toronto sports properties show up in the market and connect with fans. You understand that strong brands and strong businesses go hand in hand. You will help develop strategies that grow fandom, drive attendance, create memorable experiences and unlock new commercial opportunities across Toronto FC and the Toronto Argonauts.

Fan experience.
You understand that our brands come to life most powerfully through the experiences we create. From major matches and rivalry moments to theme nights, promotions and experiences throughout BMO Field, Liberty Village, and West Campus, you will help turn games into events fans don't want to miss.

Career growth.
Whether your background is in an agency, brand marketing, sports, entertainment or another consumer-focused business, you are ready for a new challenge. You will gain exposure across multiple areas of MLSE's business while helping shape the future of two of Canada's leading sports properties.

Be Part of the Action and the Experience. You Will:

  • Lead integrated commercial marketing programs. Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies supporting Toronto FC and Toronto Argonauts business priorities across the season.
  • Connect marketing and business objectives. Translate ticketing, retail, partnership and broader commercial priorities into compelling fan-facing marketing programs that build the brands while driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Support annual brand and commercial planning. Help build the yearlong strategy for both teams, identifying key audiences, moments, campaigns and opportunities for growth.
  • Drive ticketing and revenue initiatives. Partner closely with Ticketing and business teams to develop campaigns and programs that support single-ticket sales, memberships, group sales and other revenue priorities.
  • Build unforgettable matchdays. Partner with Game Operations, Creative, Partnerships and other teams to develop theme nights, promotions, giveaways, activations and fan experiences that make BMO Field a destination.
  • Grow our audiences. Work with Data & Analytics, Media and Digital teams to understand existing and prospective fans and develop strategies that deepen engagement while reaching new audiences.
