Coach Position
KIDSUNITED is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is
intended to develop physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children
from 1.5 to 9 years old. KIDSUNITED not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also
acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery
tool. As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on
children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help
children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching
potential.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years old
● Follow the Kidsunited structure and curriculum
● Assist in the ongoing design of KIDSUNITED training program
● Support children’s growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination and
life skills through our curriculum
● Build positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and
encouraging environment
● Communicate with parents about their child's progress through daily parent feedback
● Keep accurate records of progress reviews
● Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities
● Attend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and
uphold program standards
Qualifications and Skills:
● At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer
Or
1 year of experience working with children, combined with a background in playing
soccer
● Solid verbal and written communication skills required
● Ability to work and function in a KIDSUNITED TEAM environment
● Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed
