Join our team as a prep cook and help make a difference in kids lives with fresh, chef-created, and prepared food. Be a lunch SUPERHERO working with a team of professionals to bring nutritious and authentic food to our kids! Every day is different, engaging, and fun where you are working with a great team of people!
Essential Functions:
* Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times
* Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
* Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
* Follows and completes production sheets
* Keeps prepared food continuously flowing out of the kitchen
* Keeps entire kitchen clean; stocks and sets up station
* Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day
* Follows proper procedures when noticing out of stock
* Operates and maintains equipment properly
* Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
* Follows HACCP gudelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
* Ensures proper rotation of all products and stocks product to par level
* Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership
