We are in search of a warm, friendly, and courteous Breakfast Server, responsible for providing the best possible breakfast experience, according to restaurant and brand standards, ensuring guests are cared for and satisfied.

Key accountabilities include:

  • Always provide the highest quality of service to our guests and associates alike.
  • Greet guests as they enter, consistently delivering exceptional service.
  • Provide fast, friendly, professional, and responsive guest service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff and culinary production team.
  • Be very familiar with all breakfast food and beverage items.
  • Check with guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures i.e., the set up and break down of stations, clearing and re-setting up of tables, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure the overall cleanliness of the breakfast area.
  • Endeavor to work in a unified and collaborative way -- one that fosters teamwork.
  • Follow all safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
  • Have thorough knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Practice safety standards at all times, leading by example.

  • An experienced professional with previous experience as a Server in a coffee shop or hotel restaurant environment.
  • A Hospitality or Tourism program graduate or degree holder.
  • Someone with an outstanding work ethic, along with a track record of reliability, punctuality and an approachable demeanor, and a strong commitment to Safety.
  • Someone who places priority on providing guests with the best possible experiences, going above and beyond to ensure total satisfaction and guest loyalty.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work well under pressure, multitask and enjoys a fast-paced environment.
  • Somone with a positive attitude, eagerness to learn and prefers to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and basic math skills.
  • Valid ProServe certification.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs.
