Overview
Are you a Food Service Associate looking to work for an amazing organization by serving others and connecting with your co-workers?
Immanuel Communities is seeking a Food Service Associate to work at The Lighthouse, located at 17600 Arbor Street, Omaha, NE 68130. The Lighthouse has 54 skilled nursing and long-term care suites. The schedule for this position is Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00am-2:30pm or 3:45pm-7:30pm, including holidays, for a total of approximately 12 hours/week. Flexibility to work either of those two shifts is required.
This position will pay up to $18.31/hour (straight pay/no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do
The primary responsibilities of a Food Service Associate include assisting in patient tray line assembly and related duties such as loading, operating, and cleaning the dishwasher. Assists in the service of meals to cafeteria patrons and operates the cash register. Also maintains the records, inventories, surveys, and other controls relevant to the cafeteria.
Skills & Requirements
Previous food service associate/dietary aide experience in a health care setting preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older
For cafeteria duties, cash handling experience preferred.
