Warehouse Manager

Reports to: Assistant General Manager

Salary: $100K- $120K

Shift: 1st

Responsibilities:

  • Developing, monitoring, implementing, and training of company policies and procedures

  • HACCP, GMP,

  • Works with vendors, equipment suppliers, outside agencies, and professional organizations.

  • Works with all departments to assure safe quality food.

  • Presides over various audits: Regulatory Federal, State, Third party, direct company audit/inspections.

  • Performs various office functions.

  • Filing,

  • Typing,

Qualification Skills:

  • Ability to oversee multiple shifts of approximately 60 employees in total.

  • Attention to detail in all aspects of food warehousing practices.

  • Operate forklifts/pallet jacks.

  • Organizational skills and leadership skills

  • Computer skills, Microsoft word / office, excel, outlook, excellent memory, professional attitude, good typing abilities, ability to speak and write professionally in English, Bilingual a plus, Spanish,

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Knowledge food regulation; HACCP, GMP, and food security

  • Pest management knowledge, excellent communicator, able to multitask, must be organized, and Works well with others.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Certifications in HACCP, GMP, Food security, preferred.

  • 7 years in a related position, experience in the food manufacturing environment preferred.
