We are hiring a Preparation Technician for a contract position in our Mining Group. The successful candidate will be providing support with general labour activities in a warehouse environment. 

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis.
  • Physical fitness, ability to stand and work safely for long periods of time
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Hand-Eye coordination and attention to detail.
  • Mature work ethic, dependable, with a willingness to work in a team as well as independently. 
  • Reliable transportation to NE Calgary.
  • Must have steel toed shoes/boots.

What you will be doing:

  • Repetitive tasks and heavy frequent lifting.
  • Post secondary degree or diploma an asset.
  • Standing for extended periods of time.
  • The work environment can be quite warm. Protective/safety equipment must be worn.
