Quality Coordinator

In-Office: Based full-time at CELSIUS Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality before they reach our consumers. The ideal candidate will have experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with co-manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the food and beverage industry, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • Experience with quality systems management, CAPAs, deviations, complaint handling and investigation, and SOPs
  • PCQI and/or HACCP Certification preferred
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
 Key Responsibilities

Customer Complaint Management

  • Monitor, investigate, and classify customer complaints
  • Identify trends and provide reports to leadership with recommended corrective actions

Quality Systems & Compliance

  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems in compliance with FDA, USDA, and international regulations
  • Conduct audits of co-packers, suppliers, and internal processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Review and approve documentation including Certificates of Analysis (COAs), batch records, and supplier documentation

Product Safety & Testing

  • Oversee microbiological, sensory, and analytical testing of raw materials and finished goods
  • Manage product holds, dispositions, and root cause investigations for non-conformances
  • Ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented

Supplier & Co-Manufacturer Management

  • Partner with co-packers to review batch mixing instructions, ingredient management, and compliance with company specifications
  • Verify foreign and domestic supplier documentation under FSMA and FSVP requirements
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing quality and efficiency

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company.
