Position Summary:
The Inside Sales Tech-enabled Services team plays a crucial role in educating both prospective and current international and US clients on U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements for food, beverages, medical devices, drugs, and cosmetics. As a Inside Sales Representative within our team, you will be a pivotal regulatory resource, responsible for selling Registrar Corp's solutions and services. In this role, you will manage the full sale cycle and actively engage with new businesses and clients through outbound calls while also managing inbound leads.

As a Inside Sales Representative, you play a crucial role in educating both prospective and current international and US clients on services Registrar Corp provides to help them comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration requirements.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of U.S. FDA requirements for food, beverages, medical devices, drugs, and cosmetics to best assist prospective and current clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, which includes identifying key decision makers and initiating new sales opportunities, securing meetings with prospects, delivering sales presentations, communicating value propositions, and negotiating contracts.
  • Identifies market potential by qualifying business accounts.
  • Experience in prospecting and lead generation.
  • Expands international and US sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications, finding customer solutions.
  • Communicate cross culturally with business executives, managers, and supervisory-level contacts.
  • Utilize interoffice communication software such as CRM, Microsoft Office, Vonage, etc.

Required Qualifications:
  • Sales Acumen: At least 1 - 3 years of experience in inside sales selling services or software. Ability to source, identify, and develop new sales; experience in conducting outbound calls to maximize sales opportunities and manage inbound leads.
  • Consultative Focus: Experience nurturing opportunities from start to close; ability to diagnose prospect needs and build relationships through a consultative approach. Proven track record of making/exceeding sales quota
  • Excellent Communication: Demonstrated proficiency in both verbal and written communication.
  • Drive to Succeed: Positive attitude, high energy spirit, and the motivation to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to utilize software such as CRM, Microsoft Office, Vonage, Hubspot, etc.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 8.5-hour workdays between 7am-6pm.
