Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Leading operational excellence by directing the efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction and ensuring that preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities is performed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
  • Motivating and directing team members and restaurant management to exceed guest expectations by delivering hot food within the established speed of service guidelines while offering friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • Managing Restaurant Profit and Loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards.
  • Building team talent through recruiting, selecting, hiring and retention.

Restaurant Manager Minimum Requirements:

  • Two or more years of management/supervisory experience in a fast food restaurant or the retail/hospitality industry
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
