Job description

We are always looking to expand our team. We are first and foremost looking for great PEOPLE to continue to build our culture and serve as coaches, role models, and teachers for our athletes!



  • Responsibilities:
    • Arrive 20 minutes early to prep the courts for scheduled NEVBC team practices (adjusting nets, setting up courts, greeting athletes, etc)
    • Attend and lead your team’s practices and tournaments, including instructing players, running drills, and coordinating team schedules during tournament play
    • Consistently communicate expectations and provide positive feedback during practices and matches.
    • Communicate consistently with athletes and parents via LeagueApps/team chat
    • Act as the first point of contact for all players and parents on your team
    • Notify your Program Director and arrange coverage for absences,
  • Programs Available:
    • Girls Academy level teams U14-U15
      • **Assistant Coach positions only currently available for Girls Club & Open teams for 2024-2025 season 
  • Compensation:
    • Estimated total compensation for the season varies by team and commitment level
      • Academy Teams: $3,500+
    • Hotels and flights are covered for all travel tournaments, plus additional stipend to cover gas and food 
  • Girls Season & Practice Schedule: Practices run early December to end of April
    • Friday 5-7PM/Sunday 9-11AM
