Job Title: Production Line Worker / Assembly AssociateJob Description

This role focuses on assembling kitchen cabinets on a production line using air tools and hand tools. You will trim and glue joints, fit parts together to form cabinet sections, assemble completed units, install hardware, and prepare finished products for installation. The position requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble kitchen cabinets using air tools and hand tools in a production line environment.
  • Trim and glue joints and fit parts together to form sections of cabinets.
  • Assemble sections to form completed cabinets ready for installation.
  • Fit hinges, locks, catches, drawers, shelves, and other hardware components to cabinets.
  • Install completed cabinet products according to specifications and quality standards.
  • Use equipment such as staple guns, drills, hammers, spatulas, tweezers, and scan guns safely and efficiently.
  • Perform general production duties including packing, inspection, and heavy lifting as needed.
  • Follow metric measurements using tape measures and calipers to ensure accurate assembly and fit.
  • Read and understand drawings and work instructions to complete tasks correctly.
  • Inspect assembled products for quality, accuracy, and proper fit before moving them to the next stage.
  • Assess and prioritize tasks to meet production goals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with others in a team setting to maintain workflow and production efficiency.
  • Comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions consistently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
