Shifts: Day & Swing | Pay: $15–$16/hr. (depending on shift & role) | 24/7 operation

Food production or Food Manufacturing preferred

The role — Production Associate (what you’ll do)

  • Run and monitor processing and packaging equipment to keep production moving smoothly.
  • Follow clear procedures (GMP, HACCP) to deliver safe, consistent, high-quality baked goods.
  • Keep your area clean and sanitary — we take food safety seriously.
  • Pack, inspect, and label finished products with care and speed.
  • Log production activities in SAP (or similar) for traceability and accuracy.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and share your ideas with the team.
  • Work closely with teammates to hit daily goals while keeping the workplace safe.
