Job description

Looking for a chance to expand your 6+ months of food production or production experience where you followed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures or food safety standards? If you enjoy an active role, this Food Production Associate role could be a fit for you! 
 
A leading bakery company has multiple temp-to-hire Food Production Associate openings on their Night shift team! They specialize in making  cookies, bread, and muffins for some of the biggest grocery stores and restaurants. 
 
In this role, you’ll work on a production line where you’ll be inspecting their delicious baked goods to ensure they meet quality standards and are ready to be packaged.  
 
You’ll also be loading and unloading bags of flour weighing up to 50 lbs – perfect for someone who enjoys an active role and staying physically fit.  
 
You’ll enjoy your 4-Day Monday through Thursday work week, consistent hours and built in overtime to help you earn even more. You’ll be working in a climate-controlled facility that's clean, organized, and set up with state-of-the-art equipment.  

Must be able to Speak and Read Spanish!

  • Maintain food quality standards and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. 
  • Partner with team members to support consistent production line operations. 
  • Monitor machinery to ensure proper function and report issues to the supervisor or maintenance team. 
 
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 p.m.- 6:00 a.m. 
 
Pay: $18.00 per hour 
 
Food Production Associate Job Requirements: 
  • At least 6 months of experience in production or food production – where you followed Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety procedures or food safety standards. 
  • Comfortable walking, standing and lifting items weighing 50 lbs consistently throughout shift 
  • Comfortable navigating basic computer software. 
  • Able to follow written and spoken instructions provided in English
