Job description

Join a dynamic food manufacturing team as a team leader during the 2nd shift, where you'll be pivotal in steering the production and packaging processes. This rewarding role offers up to $75,000 per year, with additional lucrative overtime for Saturdays and performance bonuses. Operating entirely onsite in the Greater Jefferson, WI area, you will be working Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM, with some Saturdays as needed. With at least three years of hands-on leadership experience in the food production or regulated packaging sectors, you'll bring your expertise in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), compliance, and safety to ensure optimal operational standards are met. Your role will involve supervising an enthusiastic and diverse team, orchestrating daily line activities, managing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless operations between shifts.
