FOOD PREP / BACK-OF-HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
Location: Naf Naf Middle Eastern Grill - Brookfield, WI
We're hiring an experienced Food Prep/Back-of-House Team Member to help prepare the fresh ingredients and bold flavors our guests love.
Pay: $16.00 per hour tips for experienced food pre[ team members.
Immediate openings available!
What You'll Do:
Chop, portion, season, and prepare fresh ingredients.
Follow Naf Naf recipes and portion standards.
Prepare and Cook our signature proteins.
Prepare sauces, salads, vegetables, and other menu items.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen.
Follow food-safety, sanitation, and temperature-control procedures.
Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating inventory.
Work closely with the team to keep service running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Previous restaurant prep or back-of-house experience.
Dependable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently.
Strong attention to food quality and cleanliness.
Ability to follow recipes and complete daily prep lists.
