Main responsibilities:
  • Manages administration and support of FSQA systems, including SafetyChain, eBacMap, QA Studio, and other food safety and quality platforms
  • Ensures accurate and timely data entry, system configuration, and user management across all manufacturing sites
  • Supports implementation, rollout, and ongoing maintenance of FSQA systems and digital tools
  • Partners with site teams to troubleshoot system issues, provide guidance, and ensure proper system utilization and compliance
  • Maintains FSQA documentation and system records to support regulatory requirements, audits, and internal standards
  • Supports standardization of processes and workflows within FSQA systems across all manufacturing facilities
  • Ensures system data and records are audit-ready, complete, and aligned with enterprise FSQA and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinates updates to system templates, forms, and workflows to align with evolving FSQA programs and standards
  • Supports sanitation and environmental monitoring programs through accurate data capture, system configuration, and reporting alignment
  • Partners with the FSQA BI Manager to ensure data consistency, reporting accuracy, and alignment between systems and analytics
  • Provides training and support to site teams on FSQA systems, tools, and best practices
  • Identifies opportunities to improve system efficiency, usability, and data quality, and supports implementation of enhancements
  • This position is in Boise, ID or Pleasanton, CA
  • Travel as required.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Food Science, Quality, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 plus years of experience in FSQA, food manufacturing, or system coordination roles
  • Experience working with FSQA systems (e.g., SafetyChain, eBacMap, QA Studio, or similar platforms) preferred
  • Experience supporting regulatory compliance programs, audits, and documentation requirements preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Experience with system administration, data entry, and process coordination
  • Working knowledge of food safety and quality systems, including sanitation and environmental monitoring programs preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot system issues and support end users
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with site and corporate teams
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with FSQA systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
