ClayPot Asian Food Kitchen (McMahon) is looking for Kitchen Helper. We offer a respectable, safe work environment with opportunities to grow. If you want to be part of our great team then please send us your resume.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand.
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
  • Store supplies or goods in kitchens or storage areas.
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
  • Sweep or scrub floors.
  • Assist with putting away food in walk-ins when deliveries come in.
  • Clean or prepare various foods for cooking or serving.
  • Prepare foods for cooking or serving.
  • Receive and store supplies.
  • Clean garbage cans .
  • Move equipment, supplies or food to required locations

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in preparing and cooking a wide variety of food styles
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding area and be familiar with a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Be available to work all shifts including weekends
  • Good communication and organizational skills
