This position is in our specialized portfolio enterprise where we serve diverse businesses who support unique customers or markets, including animal nutrition and health, bioindustrial, road safety salt and Cargill joint ventures. 

PROPOSITO Y IMPACTO EN EL TRABAJO

El/La Formulador/a I es responsable de la creacion de nuevas formulas de acuerdo con matrices de productos acordadas utilizando software de formulacion de costos para todas las ejecuciones de produccion en la fabrica, equilibrando las restricciones tecnicas suficientes, el costo de formulacion y el uso de la materia prima de acuerdo con el plan de la cadena de suministro. Formulator I sera clave para servir a nuestra planta de produccion con todos los datos relevantes y apoyar a nuestras instalaciones de produccion con todos los temas relacionados con la base de datos de productos, como la lista de materiales, el etiquetado y la documentacion del producto.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE
   Formular y garantizar que los productos se fabrican de acuerdo con los requisitos y especificaciones aplicables.
   Actualice el software de formulacion con los datos de materia prima disponibles, la recuperacion de informacion de fuentes relevantes y la generacion de informes.
   Mantenimiento diario de formulas siguiendo las necesidades de la planta y del cliente.
   Proceso de formulacion de documentos de acuerdo con procedimientos definidos.
   Desarrollo continuo del conocimiento de los ingredientes
   Manejar los problemas basicos y los problemas bajo supervision directa, mientras que la escalada de problemas mas complejos para el personal adecuado.
   Dar soporte a ventas para comprender y resolver incidencias basicas de clientes siguiendo los procesos establecidos
   Otros deberes asignados
